On-Call Per Diem Support Staff – Emergency Youth Shelter / Resource CenterManchester - Flexible Per Diem / On-Call PositionNow Hiring for:2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AMThis position provides coverage for staff call-outs, sick time, vacations, and open shelter shifts.Looking for flexible, meaningful work where you can make a real difference in the lives of youth?Join the team at Waypoint NH and help support young people experiencing homelessness and housing instability.What You'll DoSupport and engage with youth in a trauma-informed, judgment-free environmentHelp maintain a safe, welcoming shelter spaceAssist youth with access to food, clothing, hygiene supplies, showers, and other basic needsWork alongside a compassionate and supportive teamWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented Experience with youth or vulnerable populations preferred Ability to pass a background checkTraining provided in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and Narcan administration.Must commit to at least 2 shifts per quarter (about 1 shift every 6 weeks).Make a difference while gaining valuable human services experience.
