Clearwater Systems is seeking a National Marketing Manager to build on our established reputation and expanding footprint by driving leads, growing revenue, and creating greater visibility within the communities we serve. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to generate measurable demand across multiple markets and help lead Clearwater into its next era of growth.

Core duties will include:

• Developing and executing an annual, multi-location marketing plan aligned with growth metrics
• Driving lead generation across all channels and markets
• Overseeing all aspects of marketing efforts and performance
• Managing marketing budget and external partner relationships
• Collaborating with regional managers to ensure local market needs, consumer insights, and business priorities are reflected in strategies and campaign development
• Establish campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks, providing regular performance reporting and recommendations for optimization

The key competencies of this role are:

• Lead-Driven Marketing – Ability to successfully design and execute marketing efforts that directly support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
• Hands-On Execution - Comfortable setting strategy while personally executing campaigns, content, and optimizations.
• Data and Analytics Literacy - Uses data to guide decisions and evaluate results

We are seeking someone with:

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Proven success in lead generation activities in a service-based, multi-location (preferably multi-state), growth-oriented organization
• Experience operating in a hands-on role, while leading direct reports
• Up to date with current trends in marketing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
