Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Respiratory Therapist RRT NICU for a high-demand travel assignment.

This role supports neonatal intensive care patients requiring advanced respiratory care. The ideal candidate is confident in NICU environments and comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams in high-acuity settings.

Compensation:
Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, compensation packages are customized for each traveler.

Schedule:
• Night shift, 3x12
• Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 16-week assignment
• Schedule may vary based on department needs

Unit Details:
• NICU setting
• Neonatal patient population
• High-acuity respiratory care environment
• Collaborative interdisciplinary care team

Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal patients
• Manage ventilators and respiratory support equipment
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document patient care and respiratory treatments
• Maintain compliance with safety and clinical standards
Requirements:

• Active RRT credential required
• Active state license or ability to obtain required
• Minimum clinical experience required for NICU respiratory care
• BLS certification required
• Additional certifications may be required depending on facility
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
• Strong neonatal and critical care skills required
