PRN-Weekend Transport Driver
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN-Weekend Transport Driver to join our team at Cedar Lake Wellness & Rehab in Malakoff, TX . As a vital member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting patients to various appointments, ensuring exceptional care and comfort every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
Transport patients to and from various appointments, including medical facilities, hospitals, and other destinations
Utilize specialized vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and comfortable transportation
Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including time, date, and location
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth transportation and coordination
Adhere to established policies and procedures for patient transportation, including safety protocols and emergency procedures
Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs and concerns

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift, move, and transport patients as needed
Experience in patient care and transportation preferred
