Director, V&A Marketing and Strategy, Oncology

Ipsen seeks a Director of Value & Access Marketing and Strategy for its Oncology Business Unit to develop and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple channels. The role involves value proposition development, strategic planning, agency management, and cross-functional leadership to drive brand growth and market access.

Responsibilities

• Assess and allocate marketing resources across Value & Access verticals within Oncology
• Develop value propositions targeting formulary decision makers including payers and PBMs
• Lead Value & Access strategy for product launches and serve on brand leadership teams
• Manage budget, business planning frameworks, and executive presentations for Oncology Business Unit
• Collaborate with marketing teams and vendors to design and streamline V&A materials and tools

Requirements

• 8-10 years of payer marketing and reimbursement experience in biopharmaceutical companies
• Experience managing promotional material review committees and new product launches
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and deliver commitments
• Knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit products, oncology preferred
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced quantitative degree strongly preferred
• Fluent in English with hybrid work capability from Cambridge, MA office

Compensation: $190,500-$260,000 base salary
