Director, Global GTM Talent & Org Strategy

Snyk is seeking an experienced Talent Business Partner Director (HRBP) to serve as the strategic people partner to our global GTM organization, spanning Sales, Customer Support, and Technical Support.

Based in our Boston office, you will sit at the table with senior GTM leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, org design, and how we build and scale high performing teams, while staying close enough to the day to day to coach managers and unblock real issues as they come up.
