This role supports the current OTA and the franchise into LRIP and FRP.The Senior Manager will lead a team of 2 employees and partner with program and functional stakeholders to support forecasting, financial planning, and program performance.This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; or McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being provided.What You Will DoLead financial management activities for the program, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysisManage and develop a team of 2 finance professionalsPartner with program management and cross-functional teams to support Estimate at Completion (EAC), risk and opportunity tracking, and investment planningSupport financial decision-making by preparing analyses and presenting results to leadershipEnsure accurate and timely reporting of IPMDAR and CFSRCollaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and U.S. government representatives on program financial mattersEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting requirementsOversee cost controls, financial planning, and financial reporting processes across assigned programsSupports investments with coordination across multiple stakeholdersRegular interaction with program leadership, finance teams, and government partnersResponsible for financial planning, analysis, and governance across assigned effortsExecute financial planning processes, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Planning (LRP)Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration & a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experienceExperience leading teams of professionals, including assigning work and reviewing deliverablesExperience managing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlinesExperience managing financial activities across a portfolio of programs or production environmentsExperience supporting Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes; Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience preferredQualifications We PreferExecution of assigned work activities individually and with management personnel in deadline-driven environmentsPreparation of written documentation and communication of information in verbal and written formatsAnalysis of financial and quantitative dataWork experience in production environmentsLeadership experience and communication with peers and management personnelPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
