Experienced Automotive Sales ConsultantWe're under new management and we are looking for experienced automotive sales consultants.The opportunity:As an experienced automotive sales consultant, you'll drive new-vehicle volume, gross, and customer satisfaction by guiding buyers from first contact through delivery. You'll manage the full retail process with accuracy, urgency, and integrity. Key responsibilities include:Engage showroom and lot traffic, qualify needs, and present vehicles and optionsCoordinate test drives and ensure proper identification per processWrite complete sales orders and submit compliant paperwork; turn all deals to F&I with required docsMaintain prospecting and owner follow-up systems to build repeat and referral businessStay current on products, features, equity/values, and applicable federal, state, and local lawsRequired qualifications:3+ years of automotive sales experience preferredState sales license and valid driver licenseStrong communication, math, and problem-solving skillsIf you're ready to produce at a high level and elevate the customer experience, apply today.On the floor:You'll start by checking your pipeline, prioritizing follow-ups, and setting personal targets for the day.
