What You'll Do

• Inbound & Outbound Booking: Answer incoming customer calls and conduct outbound outreach to schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and sales installation appointments.

• Team Coordination: Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians, and sales representatives to ensure seamless field operations.

• Follow-Up & Satisfaction: Reach out to recent customers post-service to gather feedback and guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

• Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of call volume, booked appointments, and key customer interactions in our system.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ years of call center, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred (HVAC/home services experience is a plus!).

• Energetic, friendly demeanor with clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong multi-tasking ability with effective time management skills.

• Comfort operating computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.

• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Regular, reliable attendance.
