Overview Interventional Radiology Technologist needed for a travel assignment in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Start date 06/07/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $3,145 to $3,268 per week with 40 guaranteed hours. Shift is four 10-hour days on a rotating schedule, with rotating weekends and on-call coverage. Work setting: hospital. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $3,145–$3,268 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating 10-hour day shifts (4 days per week) with weekend coverage; on-call rotation Start date: 06/07/2026 Work setting: Hospital in Cambridge, MA Travel assignment with dedicated support throughout the assignment Responsibilities Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures; assist radiologists during IR interventions Operate imaging equipment (fluoroscopy and radiographic systems) and optimize image quality Maintain sterile technique and manage the sterile field during procedures Monitor patient condition, respond to changes, and assist with contrast administration as trained Document procedures and patient data in the EMR (EPIC) and ensure accurate records Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and department protocols; participate in on-call coverage and weekend rotation as assigned Requirements Active Massachusetts license to practice radiologic technology (MA license) and ARRT certification; BLS required Minimum 3 years of Interventional Radiology technologist experience Travel assignment experience and EPIC EMR experience preferred Flu vaccine required during flu season Ability to work rotating 10-hour shifts, weekends, and on-call as scheduled Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract Extension opportunities beyond the initial 13 weeks PAY DISCLAIMER Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
