About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent four years as a team member, building a strong foundation in the business. Prior to that, I worked as a bartender and server while in college, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I'm a graduate of Florida International University and am happily married. I'm a proud Cuban American and an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of work, I'm passionate about giving back—especially through involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting bully and dog rescue efforts. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective customers through calls, texts, emails and networking. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance license (2-20 or 20-44) Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance license (2-15)

This is a remote position. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
