Residential Construction Project Manager

Project Manager - Luxury Residential ConstructionBased in Boston, MA, we are a high-end residential construction firm specializing in custom homes, luxury renovations, brownstone restorations, and architecturally significant residential projects throughout Greater Boston and surrounding communities.We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strong construction professional who thrives in client-facing environments, understands the expectations of high-net-worth homeowners, and has experience managing custom homes, premium finishes, specialty trades, and complex renovation projects.Role and Responsibilities:Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction planning through final turnoverDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and project reportingCoordinate architects, interior designers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout project executionReview construction documents, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project contractsConduct regular project site visits to monitor quality, safety, schedule performance, and adherence to design intentManage permitting, inspections, municipal approvals, and regulatory compliance activitiesServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a high-touch, professional client experienceOversee procurement and coordination of custom finishes, millwork, specialty materials, and long-lead itemsIdentify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectivesMaintain detailed project documentation and communicate project status to ownership and leadership teamsUphold company standards related to craftsmanship, professionalism, discretion, and client satisfactionQualifications:7+ years of construction project management experience3+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction, custom homes, high-end renovations, or brownstone restoration projectsStrong understanding of residential construction methods, building systems, custom millwork, premium finishes, and specialty tradesExperience managing project budgets, estimates, schedules, contracts, and change ordersAbility to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and construction documentsExperience coordinating architects, designers, homeowners, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycleProficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management softwareStrong client-facing communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skillsBenefitsBase Salary: $150k+ (Depending on Experience)Standard Medical Benefits401(k) with MatchingAllowance for Vehicle and PhonePTO, Paid Holidays
