Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Be t he primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
  • Responsible for daily operations including
  • Familiar with scheduling, ordering, training, and development

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years in a fine dining leadership role
  • Excellent wine knowledge and beverage operations skills
  • Ability to motivate and drive performance
  • A creative spirit and commitment to excellence
