Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized therapeutic plans that guide the counseling process.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote emotional healing and resilience.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment strategies catered to diverse family dynamics.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and session outcomes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, helping clients navigate emergency situations with support and guidance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, such as relationship conflicts, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervised clinical experience working with diverse populations in a counselling setting.
• Proficient in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy.
• Strong communication skills that enable effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ethical integrity in adhering to laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapy areas, such as trauma-informed care, addiction therapy, or play therapy, are highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital mental health platforms is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
