Key Qualifications:

• Current Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Deep understanding of instructional strategies and IEP implementation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet each student’s individual needs
• Create and maintain individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers for inclusive practices
• Assess student progress regularly and modify instruction as needed
• Communicate proactively with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate actively in school meetings and planning sessions
