Step into a rewarding opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, serving students for the 2026–2027 academic year in a collaborative school environment. This role is ideal for experienced SLPs who thrive in settings where they can make a real impact, combining both on-site and one day off-site flexibility for completing administrative tasks.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload, delivering services across 1–2 school locations and ensuring students receive the specialized attention they deserve. As part of your role, you’ll also supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), fostering mentorship and professional development within your team.

Key Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Active Oregon State SLP License or eligibility to secure licensure before start
• Ability to pass a fingerprinting and background check before the position begins
• Willing to be on-site at least four days weekly
• Comfortable with supervising an SLPA
• School-based pediatric experience and teletherapy familiarity a plus

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, school-based speech and language evaluations and manage IEPs
• Provide direct therapy to students and support educational goals
• Supervise and collaborate with the on-site SLPA
• Attend team meetings and engage in family and educator consultation
• Manage necessary documentation and indirect service hours during paid preparation time
