Growth Product Manager

Owning data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, the full-time remote Growth Product Manager will drive high-velocity testing programs to optimize subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end experimentation engine, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, test design, and analysis Drive experiments across onboarding, activation, and pricing while aligning teams around a unified optimization roadmap Utilize product analytics tools to diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and report results in terms of revenue and subscriptions Required qualifications Proven experience in running high-velocity experimentation programs with measurable revenue impact Experience conducting experiments in product onboarding, activation, and monetization Deep analytics fluency with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or GA4 Strong statistical literacy for test sizing and metric selection focused on revenue outcomes Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including paid media, design, engineering, and product
