Joining Allocore means being part of a mission-driven team that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.About the OpportunityWe're growing our Program Management team and are looking for talented professionals across a range of experience levels — from Program Managers ready to take on larger, more complex initiatives to experienced Senior Program Managers who can lead highly complex, cross-functional client programs.Our Program Managers are at the center of delivery, connecting strategy to execution and helping Product, Domain, Engineering, and client teams stay aligned and moving forward.Depending on your experience and level, you may coordinate individual workstreams, manage integrated program plans, facilitate cross-functional delivery, identify and resolve dependencies and risks, communicate with client and internal stakeholders, or lead execution across large, complex technology implementations.We are hiring at multiple levels. Your title, scope of responsibility, and compensation will be aligned to your experience, demonstrated capabilities, and the needs of the team.What You'll DoProgram Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across assigned workstreams or programsCoordinate activities across Product, Domain, Engineering, Data, Integration, and other teamsTranslate program priorities into clear, executable plans and actionsTrack progress against milestones and commitments, identifying potential delays or gaps earlyHelp ensure requirements, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities are appropriately sequencedDrive follow-through and accountability to keep programs moving forwardCross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate across technical and functional teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignmentFacilitate program meetings, planning sessions, standups, dependency reviews, and other delivery cadencesEnsure decisions, action items, owners, and next steps are clearly documented and followed throughIdentify gaps or misalignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and delivery timelinesBuild strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Domain, client, and business teamsIssue & Risk ManagementIdentify, document, track, and help resolve program risks, issues, dependencies, and blockersMaintain appropriate program management tools, including RAID logs and delivery trackersProactively surface risks before they impact downstream activities or delivery milestonesCoordinate with appropriate teams to drive issue resolution and remove blockerEscalate significant risks with clear context, potential impact, and recommended next stepsStakeholder CommunicationProvide clear and consistent communication regarding program status, priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisionsPrepare status updates, program reporting, and executive or client-facing materials appropriate to your levelTranslate complex delivery or technical information into clear, actionable updatesSupport or lead stakeholder meetings and governance forumsMaintain transparency and visibility into overall delivery healthDelivery & AccountabilityTrack ownership and completion of program deliverables and commitmentsMonitor program health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution statusProactively identify areas where delivery is falling behind plan and help drive corrective actionWork across teams to solve problems and keep delivery movingSupport a culture of urgency, collaboration, accountability, and strong executionWhat We're Looking ForWe're interested in candidates at multiple stages of their Program Management career. You may be a fit if you bring some combination of:Experience in program management, project management, technology delivery, implementation, or a related disciplineExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams, priorities, or dependenciesAbility to create and maintain project or program plans, milestones, risks, issues, and action itemsStrong organizational skills and an ability to bring structure to complex or evolving initiativesExperience identifying risks, resolving blockers, and driving teams toward decisions and outcomesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working with Product, Engineering, Business/Domain, Data, QA, or other technology teamsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and competing prioritiesExperience with Agile software delivery and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plusExperience with enterprise technology implementations, system integrations, or platform-based solutions is a plusU.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following areas is a plus, but not required for every level:Government or public-sector programsRegulated industriesLending, grants, credit, or financial servicesEnterprise software or SaaS implementationsFinancial systems or payment platformsSystem integrations and data migrationHigh-growth or rapidly scaling technology organizationsLevelingWe are considering candidates across multiple experience levels.
