Heavy Equipment Reporting Manager Our organization seeks a dynamic, experienced Heavy Equipment Reporting Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and longevity of our heavy equipment. The successful candidate will ensure all equipment is in optimal condition, supporting the smooth execution of our construction projects in a fast‑paced environment. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment longevity and minimize downtime. Document all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring records are up‑to‑date and accurate. Analyze equipment failure trends and develop strategies to reduce such incidents. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure equipment availability for all projects. Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures related to equipment use. Train and supervise staff on correct use and maintenance of heavy equipment. Report on equipment status, maintenance activities, and other relevant aspects to senior management. Collaborate with procurement teams to source and acquire new equipment as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in the construction industry. Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. Proven experience implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs. Strong documentation skills for accurate and detailed record keeping. Excellent problem‑solving skills for analyzing equipment failure trends and developing solutions. Strong leadership and team‑management skills, including staff training and supervision. Excellent communication skills for effective reporting to senior management. Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations. Relevant certifications or qualifications in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field are highly regarded.
