Westchester Medical Center
Westchester Medical Center is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people-related initiatives for internal clients. The role provides guidance to managers and staff to boost performance and engagement, and supports onboarding, orientation and annual competency reviews. You will collaborate with service lines to maintain job descriptions, monitor compliance, and assist with workforce planning.
