Full-Time Receptionist Position
With over 40 years of legal experiences in Real Estate Law, McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist in our Wilmington, DE office supporting calls for all of our offices firm wide. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Answer multi-line Teams phone system and transfer calls to various firm office to specific legal assistants and attorneys
- Collect, track, and document all incoming and outgoing legal packages based on firm's guidelines
- Assist with mailing for office departments and daily mail pickups
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering supplies
- General administrative and clerical support assigned by team leads or attorneys
We are looking for a team member who possesses a strong professional demeanor with specialization in organizational and documentation. The willingness to work meticulously to ensure the quality of work and a self-starter is a must. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of high-level administrative experience working within an office environment. Successful candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft office and be extremely organized.
This is a full-time position, with immediately availability. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced law firm. The firm offers medical, vision, dental, short term and long term disability as well as life insurance.
