Position Type Part Time Pay Rate Pay Rate: $18.74 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Staff the front desk in a professional manner, greet and assist visitors, and maintain accurate visitor access records. Monitor access to the building lobby, verify visitor authorization, and direct guests according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed. Monitor front-desk communications, answer incoming calls, and report maintenance, access-control, or other security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
