Columbia River Surgery Center Materials Coordinator Columbia River Surgery Center is a fast‑paced, multi‑specialty ambulatory surgery center (ASC) committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. What You Will Do (Job Summary) Assists with the ordering of supplies for all clinical areas within the facility. Processes all invoices for approvals. Delivers supplies and equipment received to stock and patient care areas and assists with maintenance of established par‑levels. Key Job Duties Communicates by phone or in person with business office staff, patient care staff, OR staff and physicians accessing any changes or additional need for supplies. Orders stock and non‑stock supplies. Maintains adequate stock levels in assigned areas. Delivers and stocks items daily. Daily data entry of requisitions and purchase orders. Accurately processes all purchase orders, picking slips, and invoices with correct pricing. Follow up of backorders, to include release dates, substitutions, and discontinued products. Receives, inspects, verifies supplies and equipment purchased. Assist in price negotiation, quotes, and contracts. Research and coordinate capital purchases with leadership. Biannual inventory reconciliation. Monday‑Friday work schedule. NO call required. NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours. What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Required Skills High school Diploma or GED. 2+ years receiving and inventory experience in a health care environment preferred. Strong customer service background. Strong math and counting skills required. Computer experience required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel preferred). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat and lift heavy items above your head and shoulders. Experience working in a clean and sterile environment.
