Marketing Project SpecialistThe Marketing Project Specialist drives the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and goals are met. By partnering with stakeholders to gather project goals, this role translates priorities into clear plans, timelines, and actions. The Marketing Project Specialist drives day-to-day execution, maintains momentum across teams, and ensures accountability to project deadlines and deliverables. This role proactively identifies risks, addresses blockers, and supports processes that support smooth collaboration and handoffs between teams.Essential FunctionsOwn end-to-end execution and drive completion of assigned marketing projects from initiation through completionPartner with stakeholders to gather, document, and align on project goals and execution requirements and realign expectations proactively when scope, timelines, or priorities shiftTranslate project goals into clear plans, timelines, milestones, and actionable tasksDrive day-to-day project execution, ensuring teams remain on track and work progresses as plannedActively monitor progress, follow up on open items, and address delays or blockers to maintain momentumMaintain accountability for project deliverables and deadlines across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through.Oversee project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful executionProactively identify risks, gaps, or misalignment and take ownership of driving resolutionSupport teams in hitting project goals by setting next steps and reinforcing execution expectations, ensuring clarity on owners and action items.Manage and maintain project calendars, schedules, and key deadlinesProvide clear, consistent project updates and execution status to internal stakeholdersCommunicate critical project information, including risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations effectively, both verbally and in writingCollaborate with other project specialists and administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency and alignmentAdjust plans as needed to maintain momentum, ensuring teams retain clarity on priorities and next steps through changes; suggesting process improvement as needed to ensure smooth handoffs between teamsCapture learnings from completed projects and make them available to stakeholders and the broader team to improve future executionCompetenciesExcellent creative writing skillsCapable of managing workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environmentAn exceptional listener with excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceDetail-oriented perspective and able to pick up on overlooked detailsOrganization and time managementAble to maintain confidentiality of informationMust be able to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditionsResourceful and able to problem-solve and manage tasks with ambiguityCan take feedback to tasks and assignments positively and create better solutionsA quick study, able to pick up new skills and learn how to use new programsMust participate in setting and achieving regularly scheduled and outlined objectivesAbility to take individual ownership, execute with high energy, share context, insist on candor with positive intentWork environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment.
