Analyst I Operations Reporting and Workflow Coordinator
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Review weekly operational and performance reports for accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and support implementation of process changes based on insights.
- Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Create operational tickets based on identified issues or stakeholder requests.
- Track tickets from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely updates and follow-through.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close tickets efficiently.
- Maintain a running log of all tickets, including creation date, status, progression notes, and final outcomes.
- Ensure logs are updated regularly and accessible for reporting and audit purposes.
- Provide summaries or dashboards of ticket activity to leadership as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and execution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organize and facilitate discussions to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Skills:
- Data Analysis, Ticket Management, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
