We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Clovis dental practice full-time. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dental care, supporting our dentist and team, and building meaningful relationships with patients. Requirements

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)
• Open Dental
• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
1-2 years of dental assistant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong clinical skills considered
Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and dental prophylaxis
Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
Ability to collaborate well with healthcare professionals and dental team members
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and education
Experience working with pediatric patients a plus

Job Description

Assist the dentist during exams and dental procedures, including cleanings, restorations, and patient treatments
Provide patient education and counsel on dental care, hygiene, and post-procedure instructions
Prepare and maintain the operatory and instruments for patient care, ensuring sterilization and safety protocols are followed
Utilize Dentrix dental software for scheduling, documentation, and patient records management
Communicate effectively with patients of all ages, fostering a calm and positive experience
Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
Support pediatric dentistry services with patience and gentle care for young patients
Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure efficient office flow and quality patient care
