Registered Nurse (RN) | Intermediate Care Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Concentric Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown Location Cleveland, OH Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day/Night Rotating Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/HVTI unit setting with potential to float to additional units caring for the same patient population Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations Participate in holiday rotation coverage as required by unit scheduling needs Required Qualifications Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Stepdown or related specialty; travel experience acceptable Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license required at time of submission Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required Active ACLS certification required Active NIHSS certification required No open background case findings or license hits; all certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission Preferred Experience / Skills ~ PCU/Progressive Care Unit experience ~18 months of experience within a single facility location Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a high-acuity, specialized Stepdown environment within a nationally recognized health system Contract extensions available for up to 18 months for strong performers
