What You ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal intensive care for critically ill and premature newborns in a 92-bed Level IV NICU.
• Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, and pediatric subspecialists.
• Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage, sharing responsibilities with colleagues.
• Support and supervise resident rotations to foster learning and mentorship.
• Engage in rounding, continuous evidence-based patient care, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver family-centered care in a high-empathy environment.
• Contribute to patient safety and clinical outcomes within a highly regarded hospital network.
• Maintain a balanced and sustainable work schedule supporting physician wellness.

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• U.S. medical license or eligibility
• Ability to work in the Savannah, GA area

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a Level IV NICU
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
