Human Resources Director Job Title: Human Resources Director Location: Pine Bluff, AR Our team is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and dedication to our employees. As a Human Resources Director, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's human capital strategy and driving business results through effective talent management and strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's vision and objectives Lead the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational design strategies to drive business results Analyze HR metrics and benchmarking data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes Build and maintain relationships with HR partners, supervisors, and employees to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and best practices in HR to ensure compliance and minimize risk Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) At least 1-2 years of experience in HR leadership or management Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations Excellent communication, business acumen, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Proven track record of achieving HR goals and measurably impacting business outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr Skilled Nursing Facility in Pine Bluff
