At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine.‎The Integrated Logistics (4PL) Senior Project Manager ensure delivery of small/mid-sizeprojects, managing the full project lifecycle from planning to stabilization. They oversee key project activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. The role involves engaging with customer and LSP stakeholders, managing risks, ensuring proper documentation, and driving process improvements. How you create impactManage a portfolio of small to medium projects and ensure delivery according to agreed scope and standardsLead implementation projects in alignment with global and regional project management methodologies and risk control frameworksProviding management level project updates for internally and externallyInteracting with stakeholders on the side of customer and LSPs addressing scheduled activities or delaysMonitor, report, and ensure progress across all aspects of the solution under implementationEnsure effective resource coordination and project execution aligned with FY corporate standardsEnsure delivery of projects within budget and on schedule, addressing and resolving any deviations related to scope, budget, or timelinesPrepare all required documents throughout the implementation lifecycle, including the Project Charter during initiation and the Business Requirements Document (BRD) in the Plan & Design phase, as outlined in the FY Implementation ToolboxManage, and coordinate activities for approved FY solution implementations, working closely with KN FY functional areas across the project lifecycleAssist in evaluating solutions and budgets for new customer implementation projects, covering initiation, planning and design, validation, deployment, and post-deployment phasesEnsure end-to-end operational designs (including FMEA) are documented and approved by stakeholders within required timelinesValidate business requirements against standard product offerings (e.g. eControl, ProControl, and FullControl)Manage virtual teams of subject matter experts spanning IT, Process Engineering, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other departments across multiple countries and functionsSupport Business Requirement Validation workshops and assist in defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)Manage implementation budgets, reporting any deviations against the proposal sold, and ensuring adherence to financial plansWhat we would like you to bringMaster's degree ideally in Logistics or Supply chain management or equivalent work experience5-10 years of experience working in Logistics preferrablly with 3PL or 4PL operations5+ years of Project Management experience5+ years of experience in full life cycle project management, including working on one or more small-to-medium scale general, business, supply chain, logistics and system implementation project(s)Demonstrated analytical – numeric /quantitative and process / qualitative – skills and awarenessA comprehensive understanding of different project management methodologies and frameworks, including Prince2, PMI’s PMBOK, etc. is preferred50-60% Travel will be requiredMust be able to read and comprehend written English to perform essential job functions and adhere to safety requirementsWhat's in it for youKuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues.
