Associate Director, Integrated Insights, HIV Prevention

This individual contributor role supports HIV prevention commercialization efforts through market research focused on healthcare providers and consumers. The Associate Director will manage research studies, analyze market data, and present insights to senior leadership while collaborating across analytics, forecasting, and brand teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree with ten years of experience, or equivalent advanced degree with less experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute market research studies with key stakeholders supporting HIV Prevention commercialization
- Manage research projects including study design, vendor selection, data collection monitoring, analysis and interpretation
- Create compelling presentations of market insights tailored for brand leadership and senior management audiences
- Analyze statistical data on sales trends and market events to recommend strategic corrective actions
- Integrate insights from multiple sources to develop comprehensive market perspectives for diverse cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 2+ years
- Strong data analytical and interpretive skills with ability to communicate complex quantitative insights
- Experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative market research studies
- Project management expertise with ability to meet tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and sales/marketing organizations
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse audiences including senior management
- Ability to travel up to 10% of time
Compensation: $195,670-$253,220 base salary
