Director, Integrated Marketing and Media Orchestration, HIV Treatment Portfolio

Gilead Sciences seeks a Director to lead integrated marketing and media orchestration across its HIV treatment portfolio. This role translates portfolio strategy into coordinated customer-centered activations across brands and channels while managing cross-functional partnerships and driving measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio-level media investment strategy and activation across HCP and DTP audiences aligned with business unit priorities
- Translate portfolio strategy into business requirements, audience priorities, and activation roadmaps across brands
- Manage cross-brand dependencies, resolve competing priorities, and establish portfolio activation requirements with agencies
- Develop integrated portfolio investment view, recommend priorities and tradeoffs, and establish guardrails to minimize overlap and duplication
- Partner with analytics and digital operations teams to define outcomes, establish measurement plans, and translate performance insights into optimization decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into coordinated multi-brand activation
- Experience with portfolio-level media planning, investment strategy, and audience prioritization
- Strong cross-functional partnership and agency governance skills
- Proficiency in performance analytics and translating insights into business decisions
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing channels, HCP and direct-to-patient engagement
