Director, Customer Engagement & Experience, HIV Treatment Portfolio

Gilead Sciences seeks a Director to lead customer engagement strategy for its HIV treatment portfolio. This role involves translating portfolio priorities into integrated engagement strategies, driving cross-functional alignment, and leveraging customer insights and emerging technologies to deliver differentiated experiences across the healthcare ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Translate HIV portfolio strategy into integrated customer engagement strategies aligned with brand priorities
- Drive alignment across customer journeys, channels, and stakeholder groups to create seamless experiences
- Identify opportunities to leverage customer insights, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to improve engagement
- Partner with analytics, digital, brand, and operations teams to establish measurement approaches and performance metrics
- Serve as strategic connector across commercial, medical, digital, and operational functions to facilitate collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years
- Experience in HIV, infectious diseases, specialty care, or related therapeutic areas
- Demonstrated success identifying engagement opportunities and improving customer experiences
- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing, customer journey design, and advanced personalization
- Familiarity with AI-enabled engagement models and emerging digital technologies
- Strong business planning, communication, and executive presentation abilities
- Experience managing external agency partners and complex cross-functional initiatives
