Senior Director, HCP Promotions, US HIV Treatment Marketing

Responsibilities
- Lead HCP promotional strategy for HIV treatment brand aligned with objectives and business priorities
- Develop integrated customer engagement campaigns across personal and non-personal channels
- Translate brand strategy into field execution through HCP Plan of Action development
- Establish KPIs and monitor promotional effectiveness and return on investment
- Lead and develop high-performing marketing team with clear direction and career support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences plus 14+ years commercial experience
- Master's degree in related field plus 12+ years commercial experience, or PhD plus 12+ years
- Demonstrated success leading HCP marketing strategy in competitive pharmaceutical markets
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, customer engagement, and commercial execution
- Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Experience with budget management, agency partnerships, and marketing campaign execution
- Advanced analytical skills to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
