Director, Marketing Sciences

Gilead Sciences seeks a Director of Global Integrated Insights for HIV Prevention to lead market forecasting, analytics, and primary research across key commercial markets. The role integrates epidemiological data, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights to inform portfolio strategy, pipeline decisions, and commercial execution for prevention products.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategic forecasting for marketed and pipeline HIV prevention products across global markets
- Design and manage quantitative market research including conjoint and demand studies to inform pricing and revenue forecasts
- Assess prevention journey, provider behavior, patient initiation and persistence to identify commercial opportunities
- Synthesize market research, analytics and forecasts into integrated insights for portfolio and launch decisions
- Provide direction and quality oversight to assigned team members and cross-functional project resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years
- Expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare data analysis, including claims and prescription databases
- Proficiency in market forecasting, scenario analysis, and quantitative research methodologies
- Knowledge of HIV prevention market, PrEP adoption, and healthcare provider decision-making
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing and overseeing qualitative and quantitative market research studies
