Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time Schedule: 72 hours per 2-week pay period | 12-hour Night shifts (1900-0730) Location: Scripps Green ICU (La Jolla/Torrey Pines) This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K . Our 24-bed mixed ICU poses a great challenge to make sure you keep yourself updated on best practices and different patient populations. We are a teaching facility with in-house Intensive Care Pulmonologist that manage our patients closely with nursing collaboration. Responsibilities include: -Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice. -Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. -With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision. -Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
