Certified Surgical Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment
• For CVOR positions, 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• Active Colorado Surgical Tech License - CST (DORA)
• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Experience with Ortho, total joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics

Assignment Details:

• Working 4 10-hour shifts per week
• Rotating call schedule

Glenwood Springs offers access to mountain recreation and a walkable downtown setting. Glenwood Hot Springs Pool and Iron Mountain Hot Springs are both located in the city, and Glenwood Canyon provides nearby hiking and rafting access along the Colorado River.
