Responsibilities Leading, mentoring, and developing the client services team to foster a high-performance, collaborative, and positive work environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients and managing escalated service issues with professionalism and efficiency. Developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall client journey, increase satisfaction, and promote client retention. Monitoring team performance, setting clear objectives, and providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure service excellence. Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated service delivery process for every client. Analysing client feedback and service metrics to identify trends, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement. Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships built on trust, expertise, and a commitment to achieving client goals. Qualifications We are looking for a professional who is aligned with our people-first business philosophy and has the experience to lead a successful team. Proven experience in a client services, account management, or relationship management leadership role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others. A deep-seated commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations with a positive and focused attitude. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other standard business software.
