Client Service Supervisor Are you an experienced Veterinary Receptionist, Lead CSR, Veterinary Client Service Representative, or Veterinary Front Desk Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? Doral Centre Animal Hospital is seeking a Lead Veterinary Receptionist and Client Service Supervisor to help lead, develop, and inspire our growing Client Service team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a confident veterinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary hospital, enjoys coaching and mentoring others, and understands the critical role the front desk plays in delivering an exceptional client experience. As the leader of our Client Service team, you will serve as the bridge between pet owners, veterinary professionals, and hospital leadershipensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care, operational excellence, and outstanding service.Department: ReceptionistsEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Doral, FloridaWorkplace type: OnsiteCompensation: $24.00 - $26.00 / hourWhat You'll Lead Veterinary Client Service OperationsLead daily front desk operations and client service workflowsEnsure exceptional client experiences from check-in through dischargeSupport appointment scheduling, client communication, and hospital flowManage client concerns, service recovery, and escalated situationsMaintain accurate medical records, invoicing, and client documentationTeam Leadership and Staff DevelopmentAssist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new CSRsCoach and mentor Client Service Representatives to support performance and growthConduct performance evaluations and ongoing development conversationsFoster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team cultureHelp create clear expectations and consistent service standardsHospital Operations and Workflow ManagementEnsure client callbacks, follow-up communication, and front desk responsibilities are completed efficientlyIdentify workflow opportunities and implement process improvementsCo-lead monthly CSR team meetings with hospital leadershipSupport implementation of hospital initiatives and operational changesPartner with leadership to improve efficiency, communication, and client satisfactionFinancial and Administrative SupportReview Accounts Receivable reports and assist with collection effortsSupport billing accuracy, financial compliance, and front desk accountabilityAssist with operational reporting and hospital performance initiativesWhat We're Looking For: Veterinary Client Service ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of experience in a Veterinary Hospital, Emergency Veterinary Hospital, Specialty Hospital, Urgent Care, or General Practice settingPrevious experience as a:Veterinary ReceptionistClient Service Representative (CSR)Veterinary Front Desk CoordinatorLead ReceptionistMedical ReceptionistClient Service SupervisorLeadership ExperienceExperience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading team membersStrong conflict resolution and client service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPrior supervisory or leadership experience within a veterinary hospitalExperience with Instinct, ezyVet, Cornerstone, AVImark, or other veterinary software platformsFamiliarity with Accounts Receivable processes and front desk performance metricsBilingual English and Spanish highly preferredWho Thrives in This Role?
