Remote Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented remote Customer Success Associate to join our team. This remote position is based in Minneapolis, MN and requires providing professional, timely support to clients throughout their interactions with our company. In this role you will be a primary point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving inquiries, providing updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with account-related requests, updates, and general support needs. Provide clear communication and accurate information to clients. Help resolve issues by identifying solutions and following through until completion. Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Ensure a positive and seamless client experience at all times. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
