Day in the life

Start your first shift at our Louisville, KY industrial manufacturing facility with a quick walk-through of critical heating, ventilation, and air conditioning assets. You’ll review overnight alerts, prioritize preventive maintenance, and jump into hands-on diagnostics. By mid-morning, you might be tuning an air handler for optimal airflow, replacing a failing component, or interpreting a schematic to trace an intermittent fault. Afternoons often include responding to scheduled service calls, updating service logs and inventory, and collaborating with teammates to improve uptime and comfort for our facility users—all while following strict safety practices.

• Schedule: First shift

• Install, service, and repair HVAC equipment, including heating units, AC systems, and ventilation components.
• Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues rapidly and accurately.
• Handle service requests and customer inquiries with professionalism and respect.
• Document work performed, maintain service reports, and help track parts and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory standards on every task.
• Partner with team members to streamline processes and raise customer satisfaction.

• EPA 608 certification
• Current Kentucky state HVAC license

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience as an HVAC technician or in a closely related role.
• Thorough understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and test equipment.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with strong troubleshooting ability.
• Clear communicator with solid customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Works well independently and within a team setting.
