Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN Home Health

Location: Amarillo, TX and surrounding areas
Position Type: PRN / Per Visit
Pay: $65-$70 per visit + $5 per COTA visit (Weekly Pay)

• Set your own PRN schedule
• Provide one-on-one care in patients' homes
• Earn additional compensation through COTA oversight
• Focus on meaningful patient outcomes-not productivity quotas

What You'll Do

• Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy
• Provide follow-up visits as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress

What You Need

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
