We are seeking a talented Paint Night Host to join our Country Dance Hall, Bar, & Grill family. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a lively and authentic country atmosphere, surrounded by music, dancing, and mouthwatering cuisine.

This Paint Night Host position with a competitive pay range of $15-18 per hour . As for the work schedule, the typical hours for this role are every Thursday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm . Additionally, there will be an additional commitment of 2-3 hours per week for content creation , allowing for flexibility in terms of days and times. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time work that combines both scheduled hours and the chance to showcase their creativity by developing engaging content for our classes.

ABOUT THE WESTERNER

We first opened our doors in 1962 as Salt Lake City's original country dance hall, bar, and grill. Over the years, our stage has been home to many well-known artists before their rise to fame, including Brad Paisley, George Jones, Rascal Flats, The Dixie Chicks, Trace Adkins, and more. Whether our customers are looking for good music, good food, or a good time, they'll find it in our establishment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAINT NIGHT HOST

As a Paint Night Host, you will experience a fulfilling day filled with friendly interactions, teaching painting skills and techniques , and ensuring smooth class setup and administration. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our customers. You will greet participants with a warm smile, provide guidance on selecting painting materials, and offer assistance throughout the session.

During the event, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise by teaching various painting skills and techniques. Whether it's demonstrating brush strokes, color blending, or composition, you will inspire and encourage participants to unleash their creativity. Your ability to effectively communicate and guide individuals of different skill levels will be crucial in ensuring an enjoyable and educational experience for everyone involved.
