Reports to: Customer Service Manager. Primary job responsibility: Purchase Order processing, Work Order Generation, support customers in providing updates to active orders and late shipments. Essential functions of the position: Accepts, processes, and tracks sales orders. Coordinates and shares order and product status to ensure on-time delivery. With support from the Customer Service Manager, provides updates to inquiries on delivery times and product availability where appropriate. Maintains customer files and other documentation.
