Medical Sales Account Executive – Urbana, IL

Experience: 2+ years in healthcare sales or related field

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year base + uncapped commissions
Bonuses: Quarterly incentive opportunities
Reimbursements: Car and mileage

What You'll Do

Identify, develop, and expand referral relationships within the designated territory
Present and promote home medical equipment solutions such as ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep therapy, wound care, and diabetic supplies
Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare providers and referral sources
Educate partners on product capabilities and service offerings
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Manage pipeline activities and update CRM tools to track progress
Participate in periodic in-person training (Sales Academy)
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Travel frequently within the coverage area to meet with referral partners

What You Need

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Bachelor's degree or related experience
2+ years of healthcare or B2B sales experience
Familiarity with respiratory or medical equipment
CRM experience and disciplined pipeline management
Strong presentation skills and ability to build trust with clinical partners
