Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Prequalify candidates based on job description details and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
  • Manage direct applicant flow within ATS.
  • Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Use CRM and other external channels to source resumes for desired core competencies and technical skill sets.
  • Proactively source passive talent for active roles and pipeline for potential future opportunities.
  • Manage interview processes including administering skills testing and troubleshooting interview logistics. 
  • Manage offer negotiations with final candidates. 
  • Coordinate pre-hire and onboarding steps with TA team administration. 
Consult with hiring managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs of the department and provide strategic, consultative guidance through the hiring process.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and assist hiring managers with structuring a cohesive interview process. 
Manage vendor relationships:
  • Partner with third-party staffing firms as necessary for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain professional relationships with staffing firms and professional organizations.
  • Secure contractors as needed for various departments.
Metrics:
  • Maintain data compliance, track activity in designated recruitment systems.
  • Provide weekly recruitment status reports for hiring managers.
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon team KPIs and SLAs.
Other:
  • Partner and collaborate effectively with broader TA team, Talent and other cross functional partners. 
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or high school diploma/GED and equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of dedicated full cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success recruiting legal secretaries, administration, facilities and operations roles in a law firm or professional services organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced professional services environment. 
  • Experience in an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter and strong knowledge of Boolean search logic.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize and be proactive, highly organized, with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and follow-through on tasks and deadlines
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of shifting deadlines or urgent needs with ability to maintain composure and professionalism when handling challenging situations.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with people at all levels across all departments
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
