Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities Work with client managers to understand staffing needs and provide applicant status updates. Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and submitting all required documents. Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation. Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements when needed. Help applicants overcome obstacles preventing them from attending orientation. Perform administrative and other assigned duties. What’s Provided Company email Daily flow of qualified applicants Full support and open communication with upper management A–Z hands‑on virtual training on all aspects of recruiting Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience Willing to work during normal business hours (Monday–Friday) to achieve results Customer service, recruiting, or logistics experience is a plus but not required *1099 position – paid per driver hired* #J-18808-Ljbffr Gaviriabusinessgroup
