This role is responsible for managing month end and year end close activities, preparing financial statements and performance analyses, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable reporting requirements. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership, operations, and cross functional teams to support strategic decision making, improve financial processes, and drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting and finance leadership experience, expertise in financial planning and compliance, proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate effectively within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Additional Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and coordinate financial operations, including budgeting and forecastingDevelop and implement short- and long-term financial goals, policies, and proceduresOversee internal financial controls and improve accounting processesPrepare and present financial reports, statements, and performance analysesManage month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting packagesCoordinate audits and support audit preparationPrepare and file tax returns in collaboration with the accounting teamSupervise daily operations of the Finance and Accounting DepartmentEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements
