Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist. Location: In‑facility. Reporting to: Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver occupational therapy, train patients and caregivers. Collaborate with peers, provide referrals, and promote patient independence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
