Warehouse Associate/Driver - CDL

Job Responsibilities Mandatory truck safety checks and records. Receive and process incoming orders and provide thorough documentation. Pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup. Ability to determine the status of an order when requested. Ability to follow special instructions pertaining to an individual order. Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person. Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick‑up. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to supervisor. Assist with order expediting and completing UPS shipments. Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently. Process returns accurately. Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in a drug‑free workplace. Attending product knowledge meetings as required by management. Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required. Present a neat and professional image. Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1‑2 years previous warehouse experience preferred. CDL licensed driver. Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills. General inventory knowledge, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills may be required. Accuracy and attention to detail. Operate forklifts in compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Able to work independently with minimal direction and as a team player. Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures. Comfortable in fast‑paced environment. Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling required. Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 50 lbs.). Bilingual (Preferred). Ability to work overtime if necessary. Pass a drug screen and background check.
